Here you will find answers for the FAQs:

>I wanted the apartment cleaned today for the first time and the lady

>cleaned 1 time each 7 days without charge. Can you explain please.

The apts are only clean on entry, any other cleaning is arranged by the occupier, WE DO change the sheets and towels once a week free of charge.

Most tenants pay the cleaning lady a sum each time she cleans, that is arranged between them and the cleaning lady, if you are using her services more than once a week she will change the sheets and towels on each occasion as well if you want.

We make no money off any arrangement between the tenant and the cleaning lady, we pay Nena 15,000 pesos or 20,000 pesos for a one bedroom apt or two bedroom apt as a guide to how much you should pay the cleaning lady, its more than than a fair price.

Ok tell him, but I am not sure that you are correct on the daily limit, most cards are $500 plus dollars a day, although the machines will only allow you a certain amount, you can keep asking for the maximum, the best ATMs are Davienda that give you 500K a time, then BanColombia that give 400k.

> I want to use my deposit to pay the rent.

The deposit doesn't count towards the rent, that is rebated after you leave, when the admin manager gives the Ok on the apt front.

Basicaly it causes accounting problems, plus we have to charge about 6% more for the apt, paypal takes 4.5% in fees and then bank charges to get the money into Colombia make up the rest.
