Laguito Apartments Only

1. The apartments will be clean on arrival with fresh sheets and towels provided.

2. For stays of a week or longer, fresh sheets and towels will be changed once a week.

3. Check in time is 3pm, checkout time is 2pm.

4. If you wish to extend your stay, the apartment where you have been staying may not be available due to another reservation.  If we have another apartment available, we will accommodate you there.  Please note that the apartments have different rates, so the second apartment may be less expensive, the same price, or more expensive.

5. The renter can arrange wireless, high-speed internet for any of our apartments for the following rates:

23,000 pesos a day
52,000 pesos a week
87,000 pesos a month

6. If you take a taxi from the taxi queue at the airport to Laguito, the official rate is 12,000 pesos.  However, we recommend that you confirm this price with the taxi driver before you get in the vehicle.
